Can I just say thanks?

This is my first ever cleanse or fast of any kind whatsoever. I've never squeezed a fresh lemon in my life. Truly. I had no idea what to expect. I try to do a lot at once being a militray wife, and "take care of myself" HA, in my very small knowledged kind of way. You guys have taught me so much. I am very open minded to this kind of health, I havent told my freidns what I am doing for fear theyd think I'm jepadizing my health or something, they are VERY SAD. so I have embarked on a new little something in this new year.

The regular and veteran posters on here have led me the whole way, as I was prety much blind to this experience. Aside from the on-line book, their tips and techniques and assurance when I saw or felt something "weird", has been incredible. I hesitate to name names cuz I dont want to forget one, but you know who you are, you helpful souls! you are so inspiring, informative, and true to your craft, so to speak, of keeping it real, and yet keeping things right. Thanks especially for the encouragement to do it right. It can be esy to start tweaking this or that and end up falling off the wagon.

I am two days away from my break, and so darn proud of myself for accomlpishing this, and so darn thankful for you guys on here faithfully helping us along. You are the best.
