First Time

HI,

I'm a first time cleanser...no 'known' problems but prevention is better than cure, so I want to do a master cleanse. I've been doing a lot of research and there's so much stuff out there, I don't know what to choose that will be most effective and also easy to follow. I want to know if anyone knows (or has tried) the Internal Cleansing Kit from Blessed Herbs? It appeals to me because everything that I'd need is included, plus step-by-step instructions. Is it very effective and will I be squeaky clean after? Any advice, comments, opinions about their product will be very usefull in my decision-making.
