About the Q10, is it ok. to take one doze of 3000mg, wait etc. 10 days and then repeat to get rid of parasites?

Or do I also have to take the Wormwood , Black-Walnut and the cloves, to get rid of parasites, if I have any?

I have big problems with getting the above stuff (except the Q10) as they are not available in health food stores in Norway, and I have no creditcard.
