the feeling of hunger is often confused with thirst.
also he might want to up his lemonades as he may need more calories being a guy.

also..i dont know if he understands the difference between cravings and hunger. us chickies are more in tune with that (thank you very much mr.pms monster hee hee)
cravings are a normal part of the detox process.
