Thanks for your support! My 21st and final day!

Greetings Everyone!
Well, today is January 21 and my 21st and final day on the Master Cleaner. It has been a pretty smooth ride with minimal discomfort. My most difficult days to get through was the 2nd day and yesterday. I have been trying to get through the 2nd day for YEARS!:)Finally, I got through it this time. Last time I did this was almost 20 years ago.(Ill be 49 in March) Anyway, It was a very beneficial experience. My body, my temple, was very very dirty. I got a lot of dreadful crap out of me. A horrifying amount of mucus!
On the 10th day, my ears popped as if I had been on an airplane, except it really hurt. Now, would you believe thay my hearing is improved! I had no idea that my hearing was diminished. I had no idea they were plugged! Today I feel stronger in my spirit, less distracted. My skin is clear!! And, as of today I am 19 lbs lighter! These last 21 days leave me convinced that for MY body, I must remain on a mucusless diet from now on. No more white foods! White flour and dairy are not my friends! I wish to acknowlege the wonderful information and support I recieved from this website. There are some serious naysayers in my world, and this site was a constant comfort. I will do the Parasite/Kidney/Liver cleanse after I slowly break this fast, and a few weeks of healthful eating and then repeat the MC.
