you should flush out your liver after you fast too.

fasting makes Gallstones because you are not having fats in your intake to push the stuff out.

never flush your liver if you feel sick.

it may be easier to do:
parasite
master cleanse
Liver Flush series (# in series based on pre-existing health)

the GF 5-6 times. not a problem. i go much more after i did the cleanse.
she might as well. i feel so much better. hope she does too.
