Chocolate Smooth Move

I attempted to cleanse before (didn't make it past day 2) and now I'm preparing for another attempt. I remember the lax tea I had, Smooth Move, was horrible, and I was really looking for an alternative. I saw Chocolate Smooth Move and thought that might be worth a try...maybe it would taste better. Anyone know if it's any good and/or okay to use? It's caffeine free so there shouldn't be a problem, but I want to make sure.
