I am thinking fo doing a master cleanse, colon cleanse, parasite cleanse and also a liver cleanse.
Is there a particular order I should do this in?
the master cleanse is a colon cleanse and liver cleanse. it detoxes all cells in your body and flushes out the colon.
i did a herbal parasite cleanse - a must prior a liver flush
then the master cleanse - a must because you need to do a bowel cleanse after a parasite cleanse.
then i upped the healthy fat in my diet to flush out gallstones that had formed from fasting. others on here do liver flushes to get the stones out and clean the bile ducts of the liver.
Can I do more then one cleanse at once?
you dont want to flush out the herbs you are taking for the parasite cleanse.
Also, if I do the parasite cleanse do I also have to get a dewormer too?
not if you do a triple herbal parasite cleanse. it has to have black walnut hull, clove, wormwood.
some people follow the clarkia version and do it with tinctures. i just bought pills here:

it has other things in those pills to clean your blood so you dont feel sick from the die off.
