just dont eat anything processed
dont have caffine
idealy dont eat meat
idealy dont have processed sugars or fake sugars

some people do it for two weeks before. i think i did the vegan thing for a month prior to cleanse?
i cant remember as it was last year.

i did not feel sick at all.
