another benefit of the MC

Just thought I'd share this here, since there is probably no other place that I can. I just realized that I have not been bothered by hemorrhoids for over a year now. I did my first Master-Cleanse in September 2003 and continued to do one every three to six months since then. I used to have terrible hemorrhoids, I won't go into the gory details but suffice to say that about four years ago I actually went to a doctor for them and that is not an examination I EVER want to go through again. The doctor gave me things to do like drink fiber drinks, etc. but nothing really worked. I continued to be plagued by hemorrhoids no matter what I did. I didn't really think about not having hemorrhoids until I was talking to friend and he told me he had gone on a juice fast to address his hemorrhoids. And I thought, wow - come to think of it, I haven't had a hemorrhoid problem for at least a year now! It can only be a result of my multiple MC's. The body truly does heal itself in ways that you may not realize until later!
