I am certainly not an expert on any of the above, but you are definitely elimating through your skin. The hot/cold showers are great because they pull toxins to the surface, and then the cold water squeezes the pores, getting as much out as possible. Then be sure to wash off the toxins so they don't reabsorb.

Epsom Salt baths also pull toxins from the skin, besides reducing swelling and bruising (I tried this when I fell down some stairs and was amazed at the fast relief I got!)

Dry skin brushing is something I wish I did more of. There are excellent posts about it on Curezone, and I know it stirs your lymph to release toxins. I would think it would help with the itching, too.

Be sure you drink plenty of fluids, to keep toxins flushing out, and don't neglect your bowel cleansing program... Hope you feel better soon.
