I made it to day 9, however I'm having some problems. I've had really bad heartburn for the last three days. The lemonade was making it worse. I cut back on my lemonade consumption and started feeling weaker and weaker. I'd drink some more lemonade to feel better, and the heartburn would come back or get worse. I've decided to break my fast today.
I started drinking banana pinapple orange juice. I'm still feeling really icky though and want to start eating something. Any advice as to what I could eat? I'm thinking about going to get some organic veggie soup or veggie broth.
