I'm proud of you, for sticking to it. Your family sounds pretty awesome too! How fortunate for you for that. Maybe hubby can do the cooking a couple of times a week while your doing this, or if a kid is old enough that's another day or two. lol
And anyone can clean off a table even as young as two can help. Get you out of the kitchen, when your not eating. Ask and see what happens, deals can be made, what the heck, your good health benefits the family. I hear day 7 &8 are rough for some, so maybe you can enlist help on those days. Light excercising is okay when your not feeling weak also. Best to you.
