I would go first with vegetable broth with veggies, then go fresh salad & fresh fruit then maybe rice with vegetables, if you want to reintroduce protein from animals you start with fish, then chicken, then beef and so on. The point being that you give your body time to adjust.
Eating fudge the first day kind of kills the point of The Master Cleanse in my eyes - I am trying to get away from bad habits and change my way of eating. But as I said, everyone is different, I broke my last fast too quickly and had incredible stomach aches and the runs.
