I think it is best to stick with the Master-Cleanse as written for your first cleanse and then try modifying. I have done around ten separate MC's of ten days each or more. I did the first few 'by the book' and then modified somewhat over the last couple, but only very slight modifications. I find that the tea gives me terrible cramps and doesn't seem to work that great so I rarely use it. I also only do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every other day. I actually 'eliminate' on the days I DON'T do it, so I am still getting out the waste, as it were.
