I doubt your granfather died from the M of M, he probably died from having a nonworking digestive system and from drinking it a lot. This is a nonstumulant laxative. It doesn;t force muscle movements like senna. Senna is very harsh and even leaves a stain on your colon that could come up as a colon tumor and give false results.
