Day 2 and Projectile Vomiting!

Day one was a breeze for the most part although last night I felt a little sick and went to bed early. This morning was horrible. I felt nauseous and had a terrible headache. I wanted to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because I know that helps flush out the toxins, but I drank half of it and then a few minutes later, projectile vomited the whole thing. About an hour later I drank some water and vomited that. I went back to bed for a few hours and am now getting up again. I had a half glass of the Master-Cleanse drink along with some water and have been able to keep that down. I also feel marginally better, even took my dogs for a walk.

Yikes! I hope this rocky start means I'll have an even better cleanse as it goes forward!
