The news once a year, takes a common cell phone and puts it on airplane mode----then that person drives around washington dc all day long, doing shopping, eating, etc.....then that night, they take the phone of airplane mode and using a device that tracks the signals---that phone turns on and instantly sends all the date to europe---telling where you were all day within 2 feet and every cell phone you got near....it was no mistake they started sealing batteries in cell phones so no one could kill their phone.
