Multiple books have been written about the Men at age 250+ look young and healthy and work hard------
soon I will have the "alpha" book- the first book written about them by the man that studied them first----
that man was the first to discover all diseases were a result of bad diet---he was the first to compare diets, the first to do rat - diet studies---the guy that started it all----and his work when printed by Medical for the first time---called his research VITAMINS. This the first "alpha" study of people that many lived well past age 250.
The "Original" Book is how Dr. Hay and Dr. Jackson saved them selves----but they failed to live long lives.
