people almost NEVER have real apple cider vinegar!

If sold in a store and the lid sealed---that acid water is 100% dead.

If the vinegar is "clear", read the label, odds are it is made from corn and no apples involved.

This person 11 years ago---surely was loaded with worms---it is rare to cough up worms unless you have a very very bad situation of worms---

99% have no clue about real apple cider vinegar! It takes at least 3 years to develop----stuff sold in stores is made same day---adjusted to a specific acid and has nothing to do with real apple cider vinegar!


Real Vinegar you want to make your self---because odds will be, what you could find---will be very dirty---very very dirty.



Only Real Vinegar works for human health and surely 99+% have no clue about apple cider vinegar or how to properly use it--
