Hoax Video: The "Bill Gates briefing to CIA" can be Debunked

The video found in Curezone video archive can easily be debunked.

Trapper of the Ask Trapper forum had uploaded this video some time ago. Unfortunately, it is not factual.

There is a San Fransisco Chronicle article written by a Ryan Harper that claims to have unintentionally created the conspiracy regarding Bill Gates briefing the CIA on a vaccine that would eliminate religious fundamentalism through the creation of a vaccine, named 'FunVax'.

In that article, Ryan Harper explains how it had happened.

As you will note, the man in the above video has a seemingly Bill Gates-like appearance. My personal take on the above video's claim, that it is Bill Gates that is doing the briefing. However, to me, the blurry image of the man may have a Bill Gates-like similarity, his voice is different & he doesn't throw his arms around like Bill Gates does when he gives a talk.

There is also the video below that has Ryan Harper's Silicon Valley entrepreneur friend, who he claims is the person in the above video, named Dean Hamer. Check out the sound of his voice. It's the same as that which is in the video above.
