Hulda

Hulda Clark wrote allot and she self-published, that allows you to freely print anything and everything--I learned allot of great stuff from her books and as well allot of bad. It takes a few years to sort through such books and decide what you like and do not like--all good books can be like that---the tricky stuff can take a few years to discover---WHOOPS, wasted time on that, etc.

Most of the stuff Hulda wrote about was ok to GREAT and naturally the acid and vitamin stuff was bad stuff and the electronic stuff always ends up in people's closets---always.

Surely the worse thing Dr. Clark printed was the formula for LUGOL'S IODINE and if you had any connections, you could obtain the ingredients and LUGOL'S IODINE is very cheap to make and that makes it even more of a dangerous subject. That and a book became popular long ago painting the bottoms of your feet and your wrist with Lugol's Iodine...then Hulda comes along and says, drink 6 drops in a glass of water for that upset stomach and WOW, it worked....and super cheap to make.

1. The fumes while making it can burn your lungs---very nasty stuff.

2. Never spill it, it will stain most everything it touches.

3. Dr. Lugol basically stole the idea from a dr that made iodine naturally and created the chemical LUGOL'S over 150 years ago. Hospitals said, when in doubt---give them IODINE! The idiots even added it to salt, after world war started--- hmm

4. By 1950 Lugol's was listed in the top 50 toxic substances for humans--causes boys to be born with damaged reproductive organs...if the parent ever rubbed lugol's on their skin---then when their baby was born, that baby could have extreme high iodine levels...so after the 1950's they started phasing out Lugol's Iodine.

5. Eventually eliminating iodine sold for human use and only veterinary use. Vet use has chemicals added so humans will not use it..same as they did with turpentine.

6. Lugol's is a heavy metal solution, once on your skin or in mouth---it can take many years to get out of the body. Skin, finger nails and your hair will show toxic lugol's iodine years after trying Lugol's---making Dr. Clark's printing of the formula, 1 of the bad things. She printed more good than bad and she lived the way she wrote---her dental work, her supplements etc. all like she wrote in her books... Her books had many LIFE CHANGING / IMPROVING subjects---changed my life for the better!
