Lvier flushes for serious condition

I was recently told by health practitioner that doing a Liver Flush is not a good idea if I have PSC and low bile flow due to low fat wholefood diet. That it will put even more pressure on and weaken the liver. My MRI and ultra sound showed no stones or sludge but damage to bile ducts. I would love to solve this serious disease with flushes but I am not sure that is a good idea. Any perspecitives you have?
