It is clear you do not know yet what an ORP meter/reader is and does.
An ORP meter measures if a liquid is an electron donor or proton donor(aka electron stealer or electron acceptor). That is all... like a PH meter.
You want a negative reading, aka below zero for a liquid to be considered an electron donor.
Oxidation Reduction Potential meter = ORP meter.
