Black Walnut, Clove & Wormwood

20+ years ago I was asked by Dr. Hulda Clark to video tape her for 2 days....better year was meeting a couple of unique people there that not only became friends for a very long time--their education changed my life in many ways, as did Dr. Hulda Clark's books.

Her reasons for green walnut shells, cloves and wormwood was her most popular early herbal picks. She did not live long enough to learn enough, no author does. She did it her way and that was her most admirable trait.

The great thing about every author that ever was---their books enabled future people to learn and then continue and make "better" and everything "herbal" can be made "better", always.

Single herbs and herbs promoted as medicines etc., etc. are "OK" and often work when correct diet is followed. Each country has hundreds of usable herbs and thousands not yet known and in realty, the thousands of herbs are a "hobby" more than required for human health. Most herbal books preach medicine and they are best as foods------rarely ever if ever is a toxic herb needed for anything- GOOD HERBS are always GOOD and the BEST of the BEST are great for babies and elderly and never toxic.

Dr. Christopher learned 2,000 herbs and then used 200 herbs and out of those 200 herbs, less than 50 did all those types of herbs could do.

All tree / bush / plant foods, are herbs.

"Balance" is everything and most herbs can be avoided when diet has been corrected.

Eating / drinking wrongly creates such a huge imbalance.......which affects the heart fast and eventually the entire body and using a vitamin or drug doubles the disaster----everything that enters affects the "Balance".

Sadly those that sale small bottles of this and that, almost always exaggerate for the sake of sales and the big 3 clark herbs were highly exaggerated.., but when made correctly; like all other herbs, they can supply unique minerals that the blood stream can make use of.

FACT: all herbal, vitamin, drugs etc. are DEAD, they can cause the blood stream to REACT, same with any food/drink.

Caffeine, synthetics that give you energy---are fakes, they are DEAD, they give you NOTHING, what they may do is WHIP your adrenal gland hormones and those then force the heart to speed up.

Herbs can do great things as FOODS that the blood can use....

HERBS do not kill worms, the herbs may feed the blood and only the blood hunts down, kills and dissolves and expels the dead worms.


Some herbal essential oils can kill parasites by contact, but once in the stomach, they too, are just foods for the blood stream to use or reject.

HORMONE HEALTH is the miracle for all ages; what makes babies into beautiful adults.
