Who, exactly, is answering the questions... ?

Do you know who any of these people are?
Do you know what experience they have had?
Do you know if the information they post is correct?

Ones health, and doing this Master-Cleanse is serious. I amazes me to see people start this cleanse not knowing the correct "ingredients", or the correct proceedures, only to come posting asking what they did wrong, why are they feeling so bad. This happens often here. That is an indication of not doing their own research before they subject themselves ato the rigors of the MC. Maybe you have another explanation?

I have seen misinformatin passed along here by well meaning, yet, uninformed people. Who is that good for? For the next person who accidently finds this forum and follows bad information?

And yet the is a true "angel" here by the name of Sumer. Never a bad word, only positive, but I rarely see her address misinformation.
