Affecting the overall performance

I've been facing some issues with the exhaust system on my car, and it's affecting the overall performance. I've heard that installing a 3-inch exhaust cutout kit might be a solution, but I'm not sure where to get a reliable one. Any suggestions or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated.
