Re: Proper No. Twelve

whisky in general (not moonshine) is best known as "aged" in white oak wood----------the white oak tree use to be a gigantic tree 300 feet tall--until ship builders came to america and chopped down the ancient trees----the white oaks are harvested before they get large today and the whisky business loves the taste of oak.

The fermentation "herbs" are of no value, they are all lost when making the alcohol---but when the alcohol is aged a few years or many years in oak----the oak is the beneficial value of a quality whiskey-------naturally the modern day distillers use electronics / chemicals anything they can to simulate "aged" whiskey taste...they can care less about any health value and only want the $$$ fast as possible..

Firing the oak barrel ads the wow factor and gives the whiskey that color-----

NOTABLE is the fact whiskey companies pitch that barrel after 1 use-----once the oak has been soaked up---it will not make a second batch of whiskey and that barrel and 12 years of aging is what makes it expensive......while the true drunk buys the cheapest whisky for their daily drunken stupor.

The Men that survived World War 2, often the PILOTS / Air-force that were splattered with shrapnel often carry that metal for life--because they had more than the surgeons could remove---cutting it out just caused more death..

These pilots often came from the more wealthy families and the drs said COLD WEATHER will make your wounds hurt more and more as you age---so they SETTLED in MIAMI, Florida. Some created famous bars....where they sipped whiskey 7 days a week well past age 100

History proved over and over the Men that absused their body in many endless toxic methods could still live to age 100---suggesting any normal human should easily live past age 100------but thanks to toxic junk foods, poisoned water and poisoned air-----few today make it to 100
