Following the recommendation of Andreas Moritz , i introduced ghee butter.
Could this be the reason i have difficulty urinating .
if you had no problems prior, then yes---stop and see if you return to "normal'.

more processing is not "normal" and ghee butter is COOKED BUTTER and part of the milk thrown away.

REAL BUTTER is cold processed and WHOLE MILK BUTTER FAT

if you want butter---use whole butter




I am taking also long walks.

Other than that, what i consume the most is cabbage salad.
cabbage being vegetable will have large minerals--cabbage allot of sulfur ---sulfur good ...often consumed to prevent cancers, muscle strength and strong bones.

Is that detox or is the ghee clogging the kidneys?

Large minerals clog kidneys--such as all none clean water and vegetables.
