HELP

I need help. I have a skin parasite. It looks like a straight line but if I pull it it will change to many tan lines things then will look like a winged bug that rips my skin back when I try to pull it on off, then it is like hard cellophane…it sounds crazy I know, but it changes! I have sores all down one arm and both hands now..it is very painful and I am at my wits end!
