Store Vegetables are not of the Kingdom of earth---so corrupted, so wrong mineral type
Meat diet lacks color, unless consumed raw and fresh and even then--limited
Fruits are very colorful, full of correct mineral size and the fatty tree fats a must have
THE TREE and THE SUN ----true foods and fruits capture that SUN FOOD, as does all life.
all 3 diets lack the essential nutrients of longevity----you can mix all 3 together as most humans do and your at best, going to have 1% and that is why few make it past age 100 today and yet, drunks can make it past age 100--proof the diet that lacks "all", can still make it to age 100
The result of a deficiency diet is simple---known as cancers / diseases.
Children are trained to consume the wrong diets and follow their parents to a short death. The best drs always said---mom fills the graveyards with her cooked foods.
100 years of a deficient diet turns on your DEATH SPIRAL. Once activated in the brain--it is hard to turn off---it needs REACTIVATED and only correct diet can do that--if it is still possible.
USABLE FATS is a key player---all animal fats are a "used" fat, while fatty fruits, seeds and nuts are raw foods....yet, raw food fats lack the key.
ALL forms of usable fats--aid and that is why the animal eaters fare better than the vegetarians ---but most vegetarians all cheat and consume commercial and or animal fats to a degree. "All" can end up with cancers, consumption.
The old herbs were often used as medicines and people using rocks and sticks often did not tackle tough herbs; so leaves, roots were the majority of the herbs, with the fruits/seeds.
TREES and BEES
2 things wild people would want to make use of.....and as well, fish they could catch in small streams where they could dam up the water and heard the fish into narrow spots to be captured by hand----and actually, in the most natural wild people on earth---they live that way--naked, wild, all sleeping together....old people with kids, not 1 in the tribe have a clue who their dad could be--because no one has ever had just 1 dad, all the males are dad. Your dad could be your grandpa, none would know.. that was life on earth for over 1/2 the planet for a very very long time.
Medical has studied it all and they think they figured most out by the year 2,000, but all good medical was known by 1900
BEES and TREES are required with the animal diet, the vegetable diet, the fruit diet...
The true diet is THE SUN and all you have ever eaten is some form of the SUN---in the purest of days, long long ago, the sun was all you needed.........today, you need foods that reverse radiation accumulation and massive poisoning by the "organized" predators.
The majority are suicidal and seek suicidal socially acceptable means of death and they line up by the millions for their jabs..
