I love the meat based diet.The fattier the meat,the better...Oct 14 will be one year of KETO,and it saved my life.Carbs under 25 gm a day.Eating between 2pm and 6 pm..fasting 18 to 20 hrs a day..It saved my life .My body was inflammed after the 3rd round of covi.,my guts were drying up,bile duct abstructed,i was a wreck.Good news is,Im ok.NOTE...none of us are out of the woods yet.Its a fight to survive.Carbs and sugars are the deamon to my body.And this year prooved it to me and my gf.Same results..No hip sugery for her now.My son in law,happy happy happy...everything fell back to normal.Brain cancers are flaiming tho...big uptic in the younger ages.
