confusion about liver flush instructions... please help.

I am going to do Dr. Hulda Clark 's Liver Flush and use the instructions here on curezone. Unfortunately the instructions contradict themselves. They list the ingredients you need and then have instructions following but in the instructions it calls for Black-Walnut Tincture and this isn't in the ingredient list. Does anyone know if I need this?
