Re: Congratulations to all on Day 10!!!

It's Day 10 for me too. I feel really good. I haven't weighted myself, but I'm sure I've lost at least 10 lbs. Simply because my clothes are sagging and people have commented on it. I won't know for sure until tomorrow when my trainer weights me and takes my measurements. It's funny I almost to want to stop. I still have more weight to lose and I'm so unsure about proper nutrition. I don't won't to gain it all back. But, I guess I can't live on lemonade forever. I think I'm going to do again after the holidays.

As for detoxing. Look for a change in your skin that's one of the first things I notice. And the tongue should eventually turn back pink. If you experienced that white fuzzy feeling. My head is usually a lot clearer. Alot of people comment on sensitivity to smell, but I think it's your nasal passage way being cleared of mucus. So, those are usually signs of a good cleanse for me.
