Do I need to do Liver Cleanse Now?

Dear Gang,

I am finishing Day 10 of a 10 - 12 day Cleanse (Went 17 days about 2 months ago). I have not done/studied the Liver/Gallbladder cleanses.

Should I do it on the heels of the Master-Cleanse or is it better to treat it separately.

And what do I do. I read something about drinking Olive-Oil and lying on one's side. Please advise. Thank you.
