I plan on going at least 2wks but maybe 3... have to get myself back into normal eating mode before Christmas. The weekend was AWFUL on me. It was the first time I had really bad cravings. I think it was b/c my bf was around all weekend - he works fulltime so he isn't around during the week. Eating together on the weekend is just a habitual thing. He's also a smoker and I'm not much of a smoker, only do it occaisionally but without eating and with all the cravings I had almost half a pack over the weekend. Usually I have only 1 cigarette a day if any, just at the end of the night. Do you think that affects the cleanse much? Also, realistically when is the latest I can come off of this and get geared up for eating a hearty Christmas meal?
