What crazy parasite is this?

I started getting 1x2 inch oval patterns of red dots on my arms and legs with 1/4" hairs sticking out at a 45 degree angle. 

They became deep oval wounds with white worms around the edges that I couldn't remove.

There was a stage where I had pairs of what appeared to be black "fangs" in my wounds. See picture.

Eventually I pooped out hundreds of creatures that looked like shrimp with long snouts. 

Nobody can identify them, and this has deeply affected me. I'm in Hawaii.
