How to make Ivermectin Cream

Good morning, i'm wanting to know if i can use pour on cattle ivermectin for creams, mosquito repellent and add it to shampoo and conditioner? I had a gentleman tell me he got covid before it was known and he used the cattle pour on ivermectin and rubbed it on his body and he was cured in 3 days.
