Has anyone killed a tapeworm(s). Whats the easiest , quickest method to kill them.

Hello. i urgently need to kill some tapeworms. Have struggled with immense health issues for 20+ years. have recently discovered its 100% tapeworm, that is the problem.
If youv had tapeworms, and succefully killed them, please can you let me know what you did. And whats the most effcicent method. Im currently eating pineapple in the morning.
i bought some coenyzme q10. will do some rounds of coenyzme. But i wish to try as many methods as possible. natrual is always better. but will even try Antibiotics if their efficient. oki , please help. Tweet
