Tapeworms while breastfeeding

Thoughts on taking niclosamide while breastfeeding? I have a terrible Tapeworm infection that has me so backed up. I am positive that is what it is as I partially treated it with niclosamide a year ago but wasn’t able to finish treatment. I have a 3 month old. Niclosamide is not systemically absorbed but I don’t want to dump stuff into my milk either. But I don’t know which is worse, keeping this infection and being so nutrient depleted or just leaving it. Any advice appreciated!!
