I am on Day 4. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) was very successful today. I am planning on going up to 10 days. My first cleanse of 17 days was about 2 months ago.
I practice Yoga in a heated room every day of this cleanse. This allows me to see the immediate benefits of a smaller gut. Last time my Yoga practice really improved.
I have dropped 8 pounds already in just the 3 - 4 days, a lot of it on the first day.
It feels really good to be lighter again. Enjoy that lightness.
And if you get hungry think of it as your ally. Work with the hunger and realize that it is the basis for burning those bad fat cells laden with toxins.
