As a kid I used to make "egg nogs" in the blender almost every day and never got sick from "raw eggs". A couple eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla was my go to energy drink. Downed an egg nog, hopped on my bike and played baseball until dark. Nowadays its like "beware of the raw"!
What's the best way to go raw now? Is the chopmeat in the supermarket okay? The steaks? The eggs?
