Mike did this type of show in my school a long time ago----always had a local sheriff put hand cuffs on him and he snapped them like they were nothing---

avoid restaurant meats and everything today from a food store----this is the season of the DAIRY COWS.

Every FALL the dairy cows get sick due to seasonal change, just like humans.....american cows today are kept in 5,000 count herds and given shots every 2 weeks.

People that consume DAIRY, need to avoid it like the plague this time of the year.....the dairy is full of drugs all the time and especially now

THE PORK CHOP DIET

How it WORKS:

Meats are never chewed to a usable size, unless they are put in a blender and liquefied. .... so a diet of meat 3x daily keeps that stomach working 24/7 and as the human cells die----they release hydrogen energy as they die and people feel STRONG and GREAT as they burn the candle at both ends----ending in a very lean/thin body if all those GRAINS ARE AVOIDED.

GRAINS and chemicals put in the accumulations..

AMISH are not weight lifters, even the strongest never have huge muscles----those that weight lift develop the over sized muscles (ruptured)

The STRONGEST MAN in America in the 1970's was on TV and lifted 1,400 pounds over his head and he was 6' 5' and as skinny as skinny gets---no muscle build up what so ever....he was a UCLA Professor..Him and people like Mike Dayton learned how to control their adrenal glands and for 3 seconds----they could lift most anything...

"IF" your living in the woods and you have a gun, bullets and knife-----odds are you will live on a meat diet, UNLESS your on the menu and they get you first in your sleep. BIG FOOT still known to like human meats...when the Elk are few. Even a grizzly will munch on a human.
