Worm bulge on side of penis wraps around uncircumcised skin

I'm in desperate need of assistance, perhaps someone else may have gone through this same situation and found a solution and if so, please share....

I have fungus in between my toes and recently started using Diatomaceous Earth, which I've been doing for 2 weeks. I’m not sure if it’s an intestinal worm or anything else, but something manage to make its way to the side, right under the skin of my dick and tighten its grip (wrap itself around the uncircumcised part of my foreskin (uncircumcised). It is very painful situation and the area is very swollen.

I’ve been taking Colloidal Silver orally and when applied topically, I can see a 1” bulge stick out on the side of my penis, and when I pull the uncircumcised skin back, I see and feel the tightening of multiple grip lines visible around the uncircumcised part.

I'm not sure if anyone else faced similar issues and resolved without surgery , please advise… as I don't know what to do because the uncircumcised skin has extended and swell.

This is extremely uncomfortable and I’m looking for a natural way of dealing with this fast. Please advise, if you’ve gone through similar situation and has found a solution for fast resolution.
