Pregnant with tapeworms

I am 29 weeks pregnant and have tapeworms. I had begun treating them before I got pregnant (on accident) and I felt improvement in my symptoms but now they are back worse than ever. Severe bloating, stomach pain, extreme hunger. When I eat I can hear gurgling like something is eating my food and I will feel just as hungry. Is there anything I can do?! This is so miserable.
