What if the virus was made in the US and then released in China as part of a solution to the US/China trade war and Chinese imports? What better way to put the brakes on Chinese trade and to convince US citizens not to buy Chinese goods and to reduce Chinese imports? Everyone believes that SARS-CoV-2 came from China, 1+ million deaths in the US and when people with deceased relatives think about it, connect it to China and that connection should be a strong factor in making them decide to stop purchasing Chinese made products.
