Foot reflexology, amazingly, stopped the problem overnight.
I had been having the problem for about a year, with it increasingly getting worse. Fortunately it never happened when I was outside. But sometimes inside I would have to change my pants due to leakage. Maybe more than once a day.
I tried Kegel exercises With little help.
I happened to see a video on YouTube about foot Reflexology and the kidneys. I knew nothing about foot reflexology practically. I was very skeptical but had nothing to lose.
I didn’t do any of their fancy finger work. I just got a little handheld massage and for both sides I pressed it hard into the space at midpoint between the two pads under the toes. And rubbed the massager around.
Then following what I saw in the video, I rubbed the massager up my arch on the inside and past the ankle on the inside about 1/3rd Way up the foot. Massaging and pressing back-and-forth as I went.
Lastly I massaged the kidney areas, below my rib cage, on both sides. The whole process took only about five minutes.
End of problem. Amazingly. Well there was one exception - if I would feel the urge to go, and would try to hold it too long there would be a leak.
But actually, now that I have been doing this daily for about two weeks, even that exception isn’t an issue so far. I am now very interested in foot reflexology to see what else it can do for me.
