Faecal Odour from body when Constipated

I sometimes have constipation (which I think happens especially when I eat high fat foods).
But main issue is when I have constipation, I also get strong fecal/poo odour smell from my body.

What could be the cause?
As others who get constipated don't have fecal odour, so what should I do? Tweet
