Please help identify the this parasite? Singular large meat-like parasite.

Can anyone help me identify this? Is it a parasite? Started a cleanse 3 days ago, also spotted what looked to be some small worms. This one was large and so unusual though, really solid and meat like texture, same all the way through. I am completely vegan going on 6 years and no soy/tofu recently either…
