How are guitar pedals "woke"?

I went onto Sweetwater's website to see why JHS guitar pedals represent White privilege and are actually the KKK, and probably Hitler. Damned if I could, they're pedals. Who the hell uses pedals for their guitar anyway? Maybe a wha wha pedal, yeah, I can see that. I have one, rarely use it and f**ked if I know what brand. Otherwise they're for pussies that can't play. Case in point: The Edge.
